GMR Airports Infra plans to buy a 10% stake in Delhi International Airport from Fraport Airport for $126 million, boosting its ownership to 74%. The Airports Authority of India retains the remaining 26%. The transaction awaits approval and is expected to finalize within 180 days. Fraport has been a significant technical partner for GMR.
