Godrej Properties Ltd experienced a 3% rise in Q2 sale bookings to nearly Rs 5,200 crore, marking its highest ever for this period. The firm’s sales bookings in FY25 surged 89%, hitting over Rs 13,800 crore. CEO Gaurav Pandey highlighted strong volume growth and improved project mix as key factors behind these record-breaking figures.
