Cognizant is putting its 15-acre India headquarters in Chennai, featuring a 4 lakh sq ft office space, up for sale, with estimates suggesting it could fetch Rs 750-800 crore. Managed by JLL, the sale is part of a consolidation of operations in Chennai, aiming for completion by December 2024.
