External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar stressed the need for adapting to changing geopolitical situations and advocated for a whole-of-government approach in national security at the Army Commanders’ Conference 2024. The conference coincided with the final stages of troop disengagement in eastern Ladakh between India and China.
