Lobbying has resumed in Haryana Congress as 31 out of 37 newly-elected MLAs gather at former CM Hooda’s residence ahead of selecting their new leader. Five MLAs associated with MP Selja boycotted the meeting. The Congress is rumored to consider a non-Jat candidate for CLP leader, with calls for Panchkula MLA Chander Mohan emerging from the anti-Hooda faction.
