Over 100 children die in Pak from diphtheria amid shortage of Antitoxin

Over 100 children in Karachi, Pakistan, have died this year due to diphtheria, primarily because of the absence of Diphtheria Anti-Toxin (DAT). Despite the availability of vaccines, the critical antitoxin’s shortage has resulted in numerous fatalities, stressing the need for timely vaccination and sufficient medical resources.
