Plans are being made to extend the PM Gati Shakti scheme internationally, with engagements in progress with several neighboring countries. The scheme, which has integrated numerous ministries and data layers for efficient infrastructure planning, aims to grant access to non-sensitive planning data to non-government players. Currently, 208 projects worth over Rs 15 lakh crore are awaiting approval.
