The NCPCR recommends stopping state funding for madrasas, arguing they fail to connect Muslim children to mainstream education. It suggests enrolling Muslim children from madrasas into formal schools and removing non-Muslim children enrolled without parental consent to uphold constitutional rights and improve educational quality.
