Cognizant faces legal trouble after a US jury found it guilty of discriminating against non-Indian job applicants. The class action lawsuit, representing around 2,000 former employees, claimed Cognizant replaced American workers with South Asian, visa-ready individuals from India. The company plans to appeal against the verdict.
