To ease passenger travel during Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja, Indian Railways will run 6,556 special trains from October 1 to November 30, supplementing with 12,500 extra coaches. This marks an increase from last year’s 4,429 special trains. Central Railways announced 278 special trains for Diwali and Chhath via NTES App.
