Toyota will delay its electric vehicle production in North America to early 2026, citing design adjustments and slowing EV sales. Production of its first battery EV model, a three-row SUV in Kentucky, will start later than planned. The company aims to introduce up to seven new EV models in the U.S. over the next two years.
