Appario, once a top Amazon seller in India, has petitioned a judge to nullify an antitrust investigation implicating Amazon and some sellers in breaching local competition laws. The probe found that Amazon and Flipkart gave preferential treatment to specific sellers. Appario is challenging these conclusions in Karnataka High Court.
