The National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) has notified Indian wrestler-turned-politician Vinesh Phogat of a whereabouts failure after she was unavailable for a dope test on September 9. Vinesh, now contesting in Haryana’s Assembly election, must respond within 14 days. Three such failures in a year would constitute an anti-doping rule violation.
