The National Company Law Tribunal has issued a notice to SpiceJet based on a plea by Techjockey Infotech Pvt Ltd, which claims a default of Rs 1.2 crore. SpiceJet is facing multiple insolvency petitions and has raised Rs 3,000 crore through share sales to settle its liabilities with creditors.
