A Muslim cleric in Tirana, Albania, is set to lead what could become the world’s smallest state, covering 27 acres and named the Sovereign State of the Bektashi Order. The enclave will promote religious tolerance and personal freedoms. Albanian PM Edi Rama supports this move to present a moderate version of Islam.
