India is investigating Netflix for alleged visa violations, tax evasion, and racial discrimination in its local operations. The investigation follows a government email to former Netflix executive Nandini Mehta, who is also pursuing a lawsuit against the company in the US for wrongful termination and discrimination. Netflix denies all allegations.
