A five-storey residential building in Central Delhi’s Bapa Nagar, used as a sandal-making factory, collapsed early Wednesday morning, resulting in four deaths and injuring 14 others. Rescue teams saved 18 individuals from the rubble. The building lacked necessary permits and was structurally unsound. Authorities are investigating and pursuing legal action against the owner.
