The CBI has determined that former RG Kar Medical College principal Sandip Ghosh’s statements are deceptive regarding the rape and murder of a PGT doctor. After several polygraph tests showed inconsistencies, investigators are now examining delays in reporting the incident to the police, suspecting attempts to mislead them.
