In response to an ongoing factory workers’ strike, Boeing has introduced several cost-saving measures. These include a hiring freeze, pausing pay increases for managers and executives, and halting non-essential travel. Temporary layoffs are also being considered as the strike poses significant risks to Boeing’s financial recovery and plane delivery schedules.
