ONGC has named Arunangshu Sarkar as the new Director for Strategy and Corporate Affairs in a board overhaul. Sarkar will manage joint ventures, downstream petrochemicals, new energy projects, corporate strategy, marketing, and legal matters. This change follows McKinsey’s Organisation Transformation Project recommendations to improve efficiency and focus on core activities.
