Adani Green Energy appoints Surabh Shah as CFO

Adani Green Energy Ltd has approved the appointment of Saurabh Shah as its Chief Financial Officer starting October 1, 2024. Current CFO Phuntsok Wangyal will resign effective September 30, 2024. Shaminder Singh Jamwal will become Head of Security from October 1, and Satyajeet Ghoshal will transition to a new role in the CEO’s office.
