Indian scientists are working on Mission Mausam to develop techniques for enhancing or suppressing rain, hail, and lightning within five years. The project also aims to improve weather forecasts and introduce a ChatGPT-like app for quick updates. The government has initially allocated Rs 2,000 crore for this initiative.
