Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the upcoming BRICS Summit in Russia. During a discussion with National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, Putin extended warm regards to Modi. Doval also briefed Putin on Modi’s recent visit to Ukraine and participated in the BRICS NSAs meeting in St Petersburg.
