A mysterious fever has resulted in 11 deaths, including four children, in seven villages of Kutch district, Gujarat. The state government has mobilized specialist doctors and 50 medical teams for early diagnosis and treatment. Health Minister Rushikesh Patel confirmed that while serious, it is not a Covid-19-like outbreak. Investigations continue to identify the cause.
