The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed charges against four individuals for their involvement in the Rameshwaram Cafe blast in Bengaluru. Influenced by ISIS ideology, they had also plotted other attacks, including a failed attempt at the Karnataka BJP office. Following extensive investigations, they were arrested and are now in judicial custody.
