A three-storey building in Lucknow’s Transport Nagar area collapsed, leading to eight fatalities and 28 injuries. Rescue operations involving NDRF, SDRF, fire department, and police are ongoing. Most injured were taken to nearby hospitals where several succumbed to their injuries. The building had an approved map from the Lucknow Development Authority.
