Byju’s stated that its auditor, BDO Global, stepped down due to unfulfilled document requests during insolvency proceedings. The edtech firm noted that BDO’s request was incorrectly sent to a suspended board instead of the insolvency professional. Byju’s has requested a forensic audit of BDO’s resignation amidst its financial and regulatory troubles.
