The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has provisionally determined that Google abused its dominant position in digital advertising by favoring its own ad exchange, which may harm British publishers and advertisers. Google disputes these findings and plans to respond. Similar investigations are ongoing by the U.S. Department of Justice and the European Commission.
