The Uttarakhand High Court has instructed the central government to disclose empanelment documents to IFS officer Sanjiv Chaturvedi. This landmark decision follows Chaturvedi’s petition for transparency in the usually opaque empanelment process. The court clarified that only records related to Chaturvedi’s own empanelment are to be provided.
