Zee Entertainment and Sony Pictures Networks India have settled their disputes over the aborted $10 billion merger. Both companies will withdraw all complaints and claims filed in courts of Singapore and India. The settlement, which drops all obligations and liabilities, enables both companies to focus on their individual growth plans within an evolving media landscape.
