Gold ornaments and valuables worth over Rs 30 lakh were stolen from former Congress State President Niranjan Patnaik’s residence in Bhubaneswar’s VIP Colony on early Sunday. The theft occurred despite tight security for Republic Day celebrations. CCTV footage shows a single intruder with a concealed face.
