The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the NEET UG 2025 exam pattern, removing optional questions and reverting to the original format. The exam will feature 180 mandatory questions across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, to be completed in 180 minutes. APAAR ID is no longer mandatory for registration.
