The Maharashtra Government is refunding Shah Rukh Khan Rs 9 crore due to an overpayment made during the conversion of his bungalow, ‘Mannat,’ into full ownership. A calculation error was identified, and the Khans’ refund application has been approved following this discovery. Shah Rukh initially paid over Rs 25 crore as premium.
