Chief minister Siddaramaiah acknowledged a power-sharing arrangement with his deputy, DK Shivakumar, in Karnataka. The final decision on any leadership change lies with the Congress high command. This marks a shift from his previous stance. Siddaramaiah is expected to complete 30 months in office by year-end. BJP has accused the government of misusing funds allocated for SC/ST welfare.
