One 97 Communications Limited, Paytm’s parent company, announced the sale of its entertainment ticketing business to Zomato for Rs 2,048 crore. The services, including movies, sports, and events, will continue on the Paytm app for up to 12 months during the transition. This move aims to help Paytm focus on its core growth areas.
