A deliberate truck crash and subsequent shooting on Bourbon Street, New Orleans, during New Year’s celebrations resulted in 10 deaths and 30 injuries. The attacker exited the vehicle and began firing before police intervened. The incident, condemned by Governor Jeff Landry, took place early Wednesday morning near Canal Street, and an investigation is underway.
