Over 70 NCC cadets from schools and colleges fell ill due to suspected food poisoning during a 10-day camp at KMM College of Arts & Science in Thrikkakara. They experienced stomach aches, vomiting, and diarrhea after lunch on the fourth day and were hospitalized. Parents protested at the camp, which was subsequently closed.
