India has expressed serious concern to the US government regarding threats made by Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun against Indian Ambassador Vinay Kwatra. Pannun, designated a terrorist, accused Kwatra of coordinating with Russian agencies against pro-Khalistan Sikhs. India expects the US to address these security concerns.
