India commissioned INS Tushil, a stealth frigate built in Russia, strengthening defense ties and future collaborations in AI, cybersecurity, and space exploration. The frigate, equipped with Brahmos missiles and advanced weaponry, is part of a four-ship deal, with two more being built in India.
