India’s 10-wicket loss to Australia in the second Test has jeopardized their World Test Championship final hopes. Slipping to third in the WTC standings, India now need at least a 4-1 series win to control their own destiny. The heavy defeat in the second Test meant India percentage points slipped from 61.11 to 57.29 as the third placed Australia swapped places with them, boosting their percentage points from 57.69 to 60.71.
