The Enforcement Directorate has restituted 78 flats worth over Rs 20 crore to SRS Group’s defrauded homebuyers in Gurgaon. This follows a Supreme Court and Punjab & Haryana High Court directive. ED is working on restituting additional properties worth Rs 2,215 crore, emphasizing its commitment to rectifying money laundering cases and securing justice for victims.
