India is set to finalize two major defense deals with France, worth around Rs 1 lakh crore, for 26 Rafale-Marine fighter jets and three additional Scorpene submarines. These deals follow an earlier Rs 32,350 crore contract for 31 armed MQ-9B Predator drones with the US. The new acquisitions will significantly bolster India’s military capabilities.
