Telangana CM A Revanth Reddy announced the fourth phase of the state’s farm loan waiver, covering 3.1 lakh farmers and costing Rs 2,747 crore. With the latest tranche, the state will have expended Rs 21,000 crore to benefit over 25 lakh farmers. This phase includes waivers for crop loans up to Rs 2 lakh.
