Supreme Court directs Sambhal administration to maintain peace amid communal tensions and orders the trial court not to proceed with the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid. The survey report, to be carried out by an advocate commissioner, is to be kept sealed until Allahabad High Court hears the mosque committee’s plea.
