Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal has resigned from the board of PhonePe, a fintech company Flipkart acquired in 2016. This follows Bansal’s exit from Flipkart’s board in January. He remains the largest individual minority shareholder in PhonePe with about a 1% stake. Bansal’s departures come as he launches his new startup, oppDoor, in Singapore.
