NTPC Green’s IPO, priced at Rs 102-108 per share, saw a 93% subscription on its second day. Retail investors showed strong interest with 2.38 times subscription, while QIBs reached 75%. The company aims to raise Rs 10,000 crore to primarily repay loans of its subsidiary, NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd.
