BSE’s subsidiary, Asia Index, has launched a new index, the BSE Select IPO, to track the performance of newly listed stocks on the exchange. The index considers market capitalization, liquidity, and a minimum three-month history. It aims to assist in passive investment strategies and portfolio benchmarking, capitalizing on the surge in new listings in India.
