Bernard Arnault, chairman of LVMH, is suing Elon Musk’s X, alleging the platform used content from Arnault’s group of French newspapers without proper compensation. The lawsuit, citing an EU directive, follows a Paris court ruling that ordered X to provide data on its use of the newspapers’ content, which X reportedly failed to do.
