The Union government has approved the formation of the first-ever all-women reserve battalion within the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). With over 1,000 personnel, the battalion will enhance security at airports and critical sites nationwide. Recruitment and specialized training for VIP protection, airport security, and Delhi Metro duties are underway.
