Reliance Industries Ltd planned to commission its first solar giga-factory in the current fiscal. The plant aimed to manufacture 20GW of solar PV by 2024-25 and expand to 100GW by 2030. Reliance focused on establishing manufacturing facilities, renewable energy projects, and self-sufficiency through local supply chains. Partnerships in the clean energy space were also pivotal.
